This is what i get when clicking on the terms and conditions tab
Look at this picture again - there is
NO terms and conditions tab.

In any case, this is a smartphone, you don't click, you tap.
MyGig 20 promotion terms and conditions◦Applicable to Broadband Advanced MyGig 20 prepaid and Top Up once-off bundle
I didn't see this, and even if I did, it is not clear to me that the promotional bundle doesn't apply to me. I use the exact same menus and procedure to buy data bundles for my pre-paid modem account as for my contract phone account.
◦Not applicable to postpaid
Again I didn't see this. Even if I did, why doesn't it specifically state it's not for contract phones like mine. How difficult can it be just to add this vital piece of information?
The Vodacom web application knows exactly who I am, it knows my contract/prepaid status, if advanced options are not available to me, why are they displayed to me, and why does it accept my input if this input is in error.
If the application then detects that there is a problem (as it did because the "illegal" bundle was not allocated to my account), why in the hell does it still debit my account?
Either the marketing department screwed up by not displaying the terms and conditions where they should have (on the smart phone), or the web application developers screwed up by not checking for invalid input, or it is the company policy to extract money from their customers and making it difficult to get back - i.e. a scam.
And then finally, why are you defending this cr@p?
