Advise on Cloud Backup

Hey Guys.

I have been a reader on this forum alot and it is very interested so thanks for all the posts.

I have a question, and hopefully its in the right section and sorry for my first post being a question.

I want to start backing up to a cloud for some of my clients, I wanted to run something like ownCloud as I have decent connectivity, a HP C7000 Blade enclosure with a P2000 san and loads of storage space.

Does anyone know if owncloud will allow file storage of maybe single files over 250gb up to 1tb. Also if it does, is there any good Backup programs that work with ownCloud.

I have been pulling out my hair researching and cant seem to find the proper answers.

Any help is appreciated.

Not sure about single file size, best to maybe ask their forums.

For the client, well, its works like Dropbox so any backup software which can backups files to a folder will work because any files added to the Ownclou folder will be synced to the server by the owncloud client. Saying that, Ownclou have other plugins as well like SMB.
