Came across this software, free it allows up to 3 pc's to be kept in sync and it works very well.
I can only think its very similar to DropBox but for local lan.
Setup is just installing Server version on pc with data you want synced to everyone else, client version on "client" pc's.
Signin and everything syncs, useful for large files.
