I'm also dumping AH.

Sent an email asking about the details regarding moving my line 4km to the place Im moving to in December. Got an email, stating twice that i cant move my 011-***-**** line to Durban. :confused:

What does a line move have to do with Afrihost?

Edit:
Line needs to be handed back to Telkom. Telkom does the move. They do a "new install" and only after the line is activated on the other side can Afrihost take it back.

my adsl line has been down from the 12. I called them. They only logged the fault with telkom on the 24th.

And ZERO feedback. Still no idea when it will be fixed. Yet my non Afrihost line is fixed by telkom within 2 days.

Afrihost is worse than Telkom. And that takes some doing!!
 
Still waiting on my support tickets to be answered.

Weird. I submitted one two days ago and received a reply within a few hours. And my message was sent late afternoon - the reply came just before midnight.
