Recently I joined Afrihost, but I'm very unhappy with the shaping. During the day and afternoon get shaping of 25% download, and 6.5% p2p, which is unacceptable!!! It's only midnight that I get full speed WTF. If it continue like this I have to leave Afrihost. And I'm not even a heavy user.

Left AH for the same reasons and they pretty expensive too. What ive done is get the R99 2meg deal at inc connection just to browse and stream during the day and its perfect. And then to do all my heavy downloads is the vox bolt-on uncapped works like a dream.
Only downfall is of you want the accounts to work on your entire network you need to switch all the time on the router.
Im paying higer price for Afrihost, and all im getting is shaping to death. And most of the time im getting 25% download and 6.5%psp, totally unacceptable.
I think you misunderstand what you are getting with uncapped. Of course you are gonna get shaped during business hours, uncapped doesn't mean download 24/7. The Afrihost shaper works pretty well, and only kicks in during peak times.
What is so unacceptable, you would get the same from any other uncapped service. Pay for business if you want unshaped.

IC (R99) = shaped 8:00-17:00 weekdays
Do the math.

Right now, my AH account's being shaped so hard 
Afriman keeps saying that they are running "tests" on the HOME Uncapped accounts whenever he gets asked wtf's wrong with Home uncapped accounts. The reality is that they are shaping us to death in order to get more bandwidth for their Business/Capped users
