Afrihost 4Mb Uncapped - Please don't bother

40Gb then u throttled? I do 40 on a 384K. Imagine how fast 4mb line would be. :( sigh
 
Happy with my mweb account. I see they do throttle quite a bit on downloads but I download about 5 files simultaneously to reach my 4 meg potential.
 
I don't understand why it is called uncapped if throttling is involved. Why not be very upfront and have sort of mid-uncapped packages, catering for those who always want access to the net, but will not want to download it in its entirety, then a geek's wet-dream kind where it is 'totally' uncapped, i.e. no throttling, and charge accordingly.
