Afrihost ADSL issues (WORST ISP EVER)

It's nice here in the Afrilovers den. Very relaxing.
 
If your ADSL line is down for a week with no throughput whatsoever and no general outages were reported on Telkom (probably the entire neighborhood's adsl lines are supplied by telkom, and would report), then it is most likely not Telkom - keeping in mind of course it was perfect right until handover to afrihost

Nope, port issues etc. The ISP backbone is shared by all in your neighborhood, while the last part of the line belongs to Telkom going to your house.

Yes Mr know so much Johnatan56, did you read my post? Everything was working before the line handover from Telkom to Afrihost. Now let’s give this man a slow clap.....

As for MickZA's comment.. If you have/had all the trouble I had, you would have most definitely moved your account in a heartbeat.
Remember most of us don’t only use our internet just for entertainment, the week I was down not only cost me frustrations but also added a income issue which these days you can’t afford to have. A WEEK???? Come on!!!

The underline point I had was the initial below ANC par poor service! 10 minutes to 20 minutes on hold calls a quick 3 minutes chat to put you on another 10 minutes hold, and then get cut off.... Cell C or Afrihost.... mmmmmm.
The support tickets they brag about only get replied to after 2 days or so.
They have the worst support times, Mweb had better.

NOW! My question was not for these trolls to give me a slap comment. My question was for fellow AFRIHOST haters,, where to go now???

If you transfer your line to an ISP the only thing that changes is billing. No changes happen to your line.
