Afrihost and Vuma is the WORST!!!!!

I have made a payment on the 27 October and was firstly misinformed and was told on the 27th October that my installation would take place 3 - 5 working days which was not the case, the only reason I took this was because I opted to work from home and I had given my last traveling which was the money I used to pay on the 27th.

I then was told 7 - 14 working days.......with almost due respect, it's almost a month and I have yet to get activation and to top it off, I am now jobless because of waiting for this installation and activation.......
