Afrihost APN not working?

Hi, I am unable to connect to mobile data with the afrihost APN, the MTN APN works fine. I have tried my SIM in a different phone with the same results... Please help!
 
I have this exact same issue. My airtime just decreases without me making calls etc, and Afrihost unwilling/unable to fix.

I know the feeling, I am still getting unusual charges, Afrihost says contact MTN, and then MTN ignores you.

I will be porting my numbers back to CellC soon, its the best way to rid myself of the AfriHost/MTN annoyance.

Yes the apn is correct, I sent them screenshots, and you can see on clienzone logs the connection is towards afrihost.

Quoting support after all the above done:
"if you switch your APN to MTN and use mobile data that would decrease your airtime balance" [DID that]
&
"Hmmmm, I wonder what could cause it" [Me wondering too, and paying]
&
"regarding the missing airtime, it's really hard to troubleshoot that" [read: We cant fix this]

Hopefully tomorrow I wake up and my money is back and my data working :rolleyes:

Any airtime/ data that's used is recorded from our end - are there any clues in ClientZone as to where this airtime is going?
