even MYBB did not allow for so many characters

Can you clarify the issue? Do they test you or make you wait 20 min so you have to read it before proceeding before cancelling?

Providing a link might be more helpful than copying and pasting... You've titled it the Terms and Agreements and called it the terms of service, but it's their AUP...

you have to agree to 20 000 words terms before you cancel.Try it and you will see if you have a AH account

Maybe people cancelled their AH accounts, then was surprised when it only cancelled out at the end of the month?

whats wrong with that? they just want to remind you of the terms you agreed to so that you do not have any unwelcome surprises. Oh but I didn't know you have to cancel 5 days before the end of the month.... oh but I didn't know my account had to be paid in full etc.

am i the only one that sees this as an inconvenience...?

So what, they shouldn't cover themselves legally? Don't be an idiot. Stuff like this is required.

Lol, what's the point of giving you that lot to read through when you're leaving. It's like giving a hotel giving you a guide when you are checking out.

Atleast someone is sober this morning..welcome..

Only if you forgot to read the t&c before you signed up. Why the heck would you not do that then complain that you don't understand them? LOL

As for afrihost expecting you to read them before you terminate your contract, by all means, disobey their order, but don't waste time complaining about it. Were they going to test you on your knowlege of the T&C?

What the heck are you worried about :p

am i the only one that sees this as an inconvenience...?

Clearly. I'm still not sure what your issue is exactly.
They direct you to their AUP or T&C and ask you to confirm having read it and to tick a box? That would be quicker to do than creating a thread about your annoyance at having to do so, surely.

And the CPA asks for simplier terms...I guess you smoking something too..

I can't see the average internet user not being able to understand that - just how simple are you wanting it?
