Afrihost - Awesome Support

Hey Afrihost,

I just want to say what awesome customer service you guys have from what I have experienced.

Everytime I have called in I had my problem solved, I myself come from a background of technical support for an ISP and know what it can be like. You guys have always exceeded my expectations.

I had just called in 10 mins ago, and the call got disconnected (no fault on the Agent)... I unfortunately wasn't able to say thanks for a job well done

I haven't had the need to ask anything technical, but I had to deal with the finance department every so often (bouncy debit orders )

Anyways, their finance department is also top-notch as well

Add to it one of easiest sign up process and Afriman here in the forum

Plus no need for a SAfrican ID to signup with them, one of the reasons why this German guy went with AH.

Now if AH only had that tools that Axxess(?) has that allows you to reset your own port....

Agreed. AH support is def good - better than most ISPs.

Had a excellent experience tonight after battling to connect with a newly installed line.

Spent 15 minutes on the line checking various things and we eventually got everything working perfectly.
