Winning formula. Steal from clients. Make things right just before they leave. Keep proceeds of theft to date. Brilliant.

May I ask: can you actually confirm that the bad quality of net experience recently has indeed been due to inferior capacity, and do you have actual physical proof of this, or are you just taking a shot in the dark and hoping that extra capacity, once it arrives, will do the trick?

Also, how long would this extra capacity last? 1 month? 3 months? Then we go through this again?

Serious question, because I don't wanna get my hopes up, pay another month, and miss the chance to switch to another ISP.

Some honest answers would be nice. I really wanna stay, but damn, you're making it hard.

If there was another issue we would have let you guys know :)
The problems have definitely been down to demand, the additional capacity will definitely help with this. Further upgrades will be inevitable, I'm not sure when though - I'm sure our team have provisioned sufficient bandwidth.

Hmmm... I see you have the same symptoms as I described earlier - very inconsistent pings on various hops.

AfriGuy, is this purely as a result of the high demand?

Latency is very up and down :(
What area are you in?

Hmmm... I see you have the same symptoms as I described earlier - very inconsistent pings on various hops.

AfriGuy, is this purely as a result of the high demand?

It could be, although we try and keep latency pretty stable - it can spike up though :(

Was okish over the weekend but has really gone to pot today. I'm having to buy 3rd party accounts to access my minecraft servers.

3GB file....7 hours to go. I needed this for work - today. Already exhausted my 3rd party caps and I can't afford to buy anymore. You are costing me too much money AH and I am trying to run a small business here.

I have the same issue. I was paying more to AH for a business account , can't really afford to keep on buying other bandwidth as well. I am running a one man show, I need the internet to survive.

Also: Browsing just went tits up for me, can't even get samples from code project, never mind github (pages load every seventh time).
