I have been wondering about this as well, my upload speeds tends to fluctuate as well. Which is an issue for my, I do quite a bit of uploads to our servers.

ADSL Uploads make up a considerably smaller portion of our ADSL traffic, your upload speeds should remain more or less consistent, does there appear to be a specific time of day or night when this becomes more prevalent?

Usually seems to get sluggish around midday and early evenings. The mornings seems to be fine

Upload and download are definitely linked, so if downloads are poor, especially if traffic is queued on your line, then you could expect upload to also behave differently. Ultimately all the traffic goes through the IPC as well.

Good Morning

I see that some clients are still having a poor experience, but the great news is that we've already seen IPC go live in the EAST and we're currently seeing excellent performance in the region.

This bodes well for the remaining regions to get more IPC very soon, ad we should start seeing improvement. Since all the upgrades were ordered at the same time, we don't expect that the rest of the IPC should be too far behind.
