I'm afraid not, we're pushing Telkom as has as possible for an install.
We're hoping it'll be within 10 days, but I can't promise anything.

Some of us here in the South have been sitting with ALL these issues since the beginning of September - it is now almost a month and a half

funny in 10 days it is a new month so are we stuck in the end of the month traffic again that you can't handle or are they really upgrading the bandwidth? Downloads is non existent in cape town so why can we not be charged for half a service
There's something seriously wrong with that download speed o.0
If your line is with us I'd like to have a port reset done.
If you aren't 100% sure you can always pause the account and reactivate at a later stage next month.

You could always downgrade to a 1meg package to minimize costs then just upgrade if it gets better or just cancel if it doesn't.

How long does it take for AH to release the line back to Hellscum when cancelling an account?
The transfer back to Telkom takes about 14 days, no downtime though.

Think it might be an exchange issue. Other people using other ISPs are also complaining about slow speeds.
