Well I have sent you tests via PM, never got a response, sent tests to Critical Care and that where it sits. Slow speeds continue, and no communication from your side?

Any idea how long its going to take to have some resolution to this, I am really sick of having to pay the full amount for an account that has clearly not operated correctly for months?

Hhhmm, results aren't looking too hot at all :(
I don't think there's packet loss here - maybe some ICMP packets timing out. The response time on our IPC isn't great though. I'll have a look at some monitoring in the East and see if I can pick up anything.

I am in the East - and can assure you - nothing good is happening here today.
I think JesseG is in a similar spot of bother.

Sipgate not working at all on Afrihost, but fine on Mweb....

I see Telkom have also reported a few outages in the area, not sure if this is related at all. We'll keep checking though.
