Go look at ticket number KFW-754-37767 with all the speed tests, tracerts, etc and all emails between myself and Oscar - who hasn't responded to any of my emails since Thursday (maybe he is on leave).

Speeds were getting better over the last week. But as from last night, it has been downhill again. Today has been absolutely crap.
And looking at all the replies, I am not the only one.

Tried downloading the Network test tool from Firefox and it's blocked it saying it may contain a virus or malware:

It's more than likely due to the double extension name.

Seen a few people mention this recently, not sure if anything has changed on our end. Looks like the Windows app is the only one affected. I'll chat to our team about this

It would seems international is still borked. Packet loss to sipgate.de and I tried a Skype call to Dartford in the UK which was shocking. Switched to my MWEB account and sipgate has no packet loss and the Skype call was perfect....

Afrihost is seriously broken at the moment. Constantly shifting up and down in the speed test. Not consistent at all.
Change to Vox and its 100%

Do you read the massage I say my VoIP is fixed but the trace is all over the place

Nothing is fixed on your network in moment there is load on your network the ping is up
