That is right. The RTSP streams come from googlevideo.com which is transparent to the end user. Will post a few examples when I am on a PC.

Morning Guys!

We just received news that one of our IPC links in the North is currently down, this is reducing the amount of bandwidth that we have available a bit, MTN is working with Telkom to restore the IPC as quickly as possible.

The North has an IPC link down, so if you are in the North, your performance may be off a bit.

Hmmmm, thanks for letting me know, I will check on our Southern Region quickly.
 
Another quick update, the performance issue to Youtube appears to have been resolved, all the routing is now going to the correct servers in South Africa.

Thanks to giggity for taking the time to test with me and posting that very useful tutorial.

been having the same issues like this for a while now and all i get is "support will get back to you" best thing is im in CT, if I cancel today will it be canceled the end of the month and not make another debit order ?

yep dead here in cape town speeds are crawling and this morning everything was fine
now that youtube is working everything else is not
utube is running on 144 and buffering on a 10m line

IPC issues was suppose to be here JHB side, not CT. I don't think. Not sure what the problems are now.

International is still slow but hopefully it gets fixed soon.
