Very weird, not sure if the routing on your account is working as it should. Latency on the 4th hop is way too high

Torrents run at 600+k/sec continuously and average around 480k/sec.
All other downloads (game updates, program updates, etc) run perfectly. I have downloaded 334GB so far this month, so there is no issue with download speeds or browsing.
ALL video streaming sucks gorilla gonads, not just Youtube. So it is not a congestion issue, it is a streaming issue.
Definately not a congestion issue, the support staff tried that with me as well, the next thing you will hear is contention ratio...
Downloads in general aren't very reliant on latency though, so even if the exchange is quite heavily congested you can still download.
If the latency is too high or erratic, it can cause issues with streaming.
Hey, tried Googling but I couldn't find an exact explanation on what the business optimization does. It just says
So it prioritizes P2P below web traffic, but what is defined as "vital business traffic"? At the moment, I am finding it annoying how when watching a stream if someone decides to check their email it will buffer, even if the stream is low-quality.
Business Optimisation shapes the account down to our harshest level, only allowing realtime services like browsing, streaming etc to be untouched.
Do you have this enabled or disabled?
I disabled it so that games update quicker through P2P and because having it on or off doesn't seem to make a difference to anything other than that or torrents.

This isn't the case across the board, our team need to look into your account. I believe we're waiting for feedback from MTN on this.
There could be an underlying issue here then, do you have a traceroute I can have a look at?
