Reboot didn't help, still can't stream medium quality channels from Twitch. Cached YouTube videos stream at line speed so no issues there. Uncached though is just like Twitch, struggle to stream at 360p.

The 1GB account is streaming Twitch on medium quality nicely but struggles with high quality.

Yeah that's my experience as well... Do you have a free 1GB AH account to test with as well?

Yes I do have a free AH 1GB account ... I will check it then with that.

Twitch worked for the 1st month (January) for me on this 2Mb AH Business account, and then the buffering started and has been with it ever since, except for a brief day or two last week, after the IPC upgrade in Cape Town went live.

Twitch works without a buffer on medium on my WebAfrica and Connection account. Only this Business account suffers from the every 20s buffer issue.

Yes I also remember a time when I could Twitch on high without the buffering. I thought the IPC would solve that (even though I'm in in the north region) but this hasn't happened.

Thanks for testing. So far it seems that the capped accounts are more unshaped than the business uncapped because my 1GB account also streams nicely on high.

Thanks. At least yours streams medium OK. Please check your Resource Monitor while streaming and tell me what speed it maxes at?

I am having authentication issues now on both my free AH and business accounts.

They will not authenticate.

Any known faults or issues?

Please be aware that there are some authentication issues on the network at the moment. I would advise those affected not to reboot their routers for the next while, until we get a handle on this.

The issues have been present intermittently over the last 24 hours, and seem to fluctuate. At present it does seem to be pretty poor. Please bear with us while our network team work on this. The guys have been working through the night, so we'll keep at it until it gets sorted out :(
