Maybe its a firmware bug. Try updating the firmware

We do offer static IPs on our Business Uncapped accounts :)
 
I followed up through clientzone at 10am this morning on a fault and still haven't heard anything from Afrihost. Fairly frustrating without proper internet since Thursday.
 
Been slow few days now , tonight its unusable , is this an exchange issue ?

Wow! Are you connected to wifi? Maybe move a bit closer to you router. If not wifi check you lan cable. That is a really high ping to you default gateway

This definitely looks like it's not an issue on our network. Ping is way to high to your router. I'd say either your WiFi or line connection is kaput, or your network is congested with too many connections causing latency to the router.

Try disconnecting everything, wireless devices, etc, and then only connecting one PC with a LAN cable to test.
 
Been following this thread for a month or two now and it seems all's good on this product at the moment cos its getting quieter in this thread lol!

Just a 3 more weeks to wait for my MTN Uncapped Lite contract to end then I'm joining this bandwagon!

No issues my side, running at full speed 24/7 since a day or three after the IPC upgrade.

An absolute pleasure again.
 
Seems to be running 100% perfectly!
Last few days has been an absolute pleasure with been able to use the internet with no problems.

Torrents have been stuttering as of late.
Business Optimization is turned off.
Any issues on AH's end?

Shouldn't be any reason why they're slow - have you tried any other P2P services to see if they're also slow?

Everything else seems fine ie. not noticeable but all my torrents. All with great seeds are stuck at >10kB/s
