AFAIK, he's joined a WISP...so he won't have to deal with telkom again.![]()

1st day on AH
and youtube dont stream well
+-400kb/s on my 6mbps
i was on OW and there 4mbps business gave me better speeds
will see how it goes the 1st speed test i did was verry good
browsing seems fine
So calls AH, gets aha, ok, ok, ah yes, ok ....... much laughter the background ... interrogating line .... waits ..... asks for ticket number ... gets it wrong a few times .... cant figure out gmail from client zone ... ahs and oks... says he stabilised the line (which the last time slowed the line) .... will e-mail technicians to see why they didnt respond (this helps me NOTHING) .. ooms and ahs a bit ... starts to stutter.. phone bill racks up, customer gets the shirts and hangs up ..... 10 minutes of sheer frustration and a healthy bill for the cell call.
What kind of guys do you hire for support???
Why dont you just do your job, and answer my ticket .... not impressed today ... not in the least.
Let me help you ... LOG A FAULT WITH TELKOM - GET THEM TO CHECK THE LINE ... IT WORKED AT 4 Mbps BEFORE I JOINED YOU.

I just switched back from UnoTelly's DNS servers to Afrihost's, and everything is full speed. Could be a coincidence? Are the rest of you using UnoTelly as well?
