Afriman/Guy There is definitely a streaming problem on the AH network, yesterday I got a test account from <redacted> and I was able to stream 720P on a 2meg line. The buffering bar was miles ahead of the "playing" bar, now my 1Meg buffer on 480P every 2 seconds.

I've always wondered why you're on 1meg business instead of 2meg business.

Our ADSL line is totally dead, running on webafrica to type this.
Tried to call in, you are currently caller no 13.
Been waiting on Live chat support for 10min

Which means no attempt is currently being made to resolve this issue...Sigh..so sick of this country.

2Mbps is a very tight fit for 720p traffic. Also, if you are comparing a capped account on a 2Mbps line with a 1Mbps Uncapped account, then it's not a very straight comparison because of the rate limit.

Do you get the same experience if you use a Free GB account that is not rate limited on the same line?

Its a very straight comparison,

If a 2Meg can stream 720P flawlessly

The surely a 480P vid can also stream the same way on a 1Meg.

If you dont believe then I can easily get 720P streaming with a 2Meg.

Ill request a another account then do a screen record to prove it.

It appears my account is being throttled (20mbps business account) - the current suggestion from support is I must wait till they work out why. '
