that works out to 15gig's per day for the last week

So what is being done to Fix the problems with Latency and Slow speeds from the Durban IPC, that seem occur every single day?
Are Afrihost just going to wait until enough people cancel and hope it sorts itself out?
Or are Afrihost going to increase capacity?

We're actively working on solutions to combat this, I'm sure things will start improving really soon :)

We have seen a trend pointing to better results - so it definitely it getting better.

For the past 4 weeks everyday without fail latency starts to climb at 12:00 and drops at about 22:00.

The latency is lower today than yesterday.... But speeds are abysmal :cry:

Can't Skype or watch YouTube at all today, Torrents usually run at 400KB/s today I am lucky if see 20KB/s and I have a few Business Accounts with Priority turned off....

Just thought it was me, then I noticed my Mweb and IS accounts were fine...
 
Marginally better than what is was like this morning, but still running at 50% of what it should be:

So, not throttled or shaped at any time and guaranteed by AH to have full line speed at all times, right?
