Afrihost cannot activate services after payment.

I need so advice. There was a problem with the debit order with Afrihost. They suspended our line after we've been a customer for almost 10 years.

I logged in and settled the account immediately. After that the line never came back up.

They keep saying they don't know what the fault is and keep creating tickets that go unanswered.

But they can well verify the payment perfectly.

Has anyone had problems like these with Afrihost?
