Afrihost Capped ADSL Feedback (MTN) - New beginning

QUIC is an experimental protocol run by Google, so I'm not sure it'll be working as it should, all the time.
It works all the time on networks that are not yours. I can litterally swap between SAIX, IS and your MTN bandwidth and the other two accounts work fine, but when I use yours, it doesnt.
We've run extensive checks on our end - this isn't something that can be fixed on our network.
Well that is unfortunate as its an issue specific to your network :(

I made that Experimental QUIC protocol change. My youtube and gmail speeds are back to normal :D

AfriGenie I sent you a pm regarding my refund nearly 24hrs ago, I see you have been online but have chosen to ignore it?

We're definitely still doing extensive testing on our side, the strange thing is that it is not consistently happening on our test platform. We will keep pushing and we will figure this out!

Hi!

I'm definitely not ignoring it! I've gotten some feedback about your query that I am not happy with, so I'm awaiting for feedback from the Higher-ups on it.

My DSL on router it self. It happen twice and suddenly 50% packet loss.

:(

Can you send me a PM with your ADSL line number, let's see if a Port Recreate helps with the line stability!

Are you seeing limited throughput to just our New Server? Or News Servers in general?

We've been having repeated issues with our server pop up, and we're working with our vendor to figure out what this keeps happening.

What is going on with afrihost? Very poor browsing experience the past few nights also lose connection to game servers all the time. I cant even open Gmail, it just hangs forever. Edge on my phone is faster than my afrihost account on my 10mb line. Webafrica account works 100 percent, but I dont have enough data on that account to use it all the time. Why are there constant issues with Afrihost?

News servers in general, both yours and international. It's not limited, it's totally blocked!
