international speeds are so lousy on my account today. Almost impossible to browse. 2Mbps line.

Running an international speedtest, and it practically just stalls. I cant give you any results.

Afriguy, please help.

Ok cool will try that out. YouTube is good most of the time it's more international streaming I struggle with at times

Getting 8.8Mpbs on the Telkom guest account.

What is going on with the network today?
 
Mine is generally quite consistent on 2 concurrent connections but currently I'm getting no better than 30%-40% of max line speed (10mb).

Usually get around 80%-100% of max line speed.
 
Same **** here on business uncapped - so clearly not shaping-related. No feedback in 3 weeks. I think we all know what to do. New IPC seems to have done jack.
 
Very slow Today actually. The morning was fine but now its just bad. 500KB/ download on usenet instead of 1.5MB/s

Browsing seem fine though its just not full speed. Torrents are even slower. Richards Bay

Can i PM you regarding issues on the capped accounts, or is there someone specific who I should rather PM? (AfriGuy, AfriGenie, etc)
 
Has anyone been told this before:

"Though we allow up to 10 concurrent connections on a Capped package, speed impacts start to be visible when you have more than 4 connections to it."

Since the above. I tested with another account where our 40Mb line was the only connected line and still only getting below 10Mb down -_-
