And now it works after the 4th reboot.
Seriously, this is getting old very quickly.

I would suggest moving your line to Telkom and once it is there kick up a big stink... Once it is fixed you can then migrate back to Afrihost.

Your ISP is not going to help much as far as line faults are concerned.

We do our best to resolve faults as quickly as possible.
In some cases however, our hands are tied - especially when it comes to infrastructure upgrades :(
 
I see the website is still R199 for 50gb, but I just got billed R249, and when I want to upgrade to 100gb, cost is R499 whereas it's R399 on the website...

We adjusted our Capped data-only pricing a while ago - existing clients saw the same price on their bills but received a lot more data.

I'm not following? I clicked a link a week ago saying it's R199 for 50gb, and signed up. I just received a bill for R249 for 50gb. What am I missing?
 
OK wait, I see I get billed R50 extra for Wifi Access. WTF? What is that for - Always On hotspots? In that case I don't need it - can I have it removed from my Nov invoice?

I did select it, wasn't sure what is was for. Didn't know it costs money - if it is my own stupidity I'll accept and pay for Nov but want it cancelled for the future. Will send you a PM now thanks.

Ah OK. It should have updated the totals before hitting checkout though - we'll remove it from your next invoice then :)

I see now it updates the totals but because I only ordered around 24th the amount wasn't R199 but ~R60 so didn't do the sums that a month would now be R249 and not R199. Maybe something to look into - maybe a better way of advertising the fact that wifi adds 25% to your account...?

It definitely should tally up the totals before checking out, I'll have our team take a look at this for you :)
