Are you still on your free trial period? As much as I want you to use Plus+, if you are not getting maximum value out of it, you should maybe reconsider the service.

But I like the service!
I would just like to know why I cannot add top-ups or double data to my 500 meg mobile data!
Is it because it I am still in the trial period?
If it is, then I understand.
 
This is the latest speed test on my 4mbps line:

When I submitted a ticket last night the reply I got said "When testing your line we've found that the line is syncing at maximum sync rate of 4096Kbps."
Not very helpful, clearly all is not right...

The 500MB data that you get with the Plus+ is promotional data that you get with the package. You could take 500MB for R29, then add your 500MB to that, and then Double Data that 500MB of data.

That would appear to be your line or Exchange which is causing the increased latency. Is it like this at all hours of the day?

Not at all... No...

Are you getting these results at all times of the day? With latency that high, it could very well be the physical Telkom infrastructure.
 
I think we have found the problem then! AfriGenie can you query this with Telkom or do I need to do something?

2-for-1 Top-ups on Capped and Mobile Data will still be run during the course of the month, using Plus+ will just mean that you will always get 2-for-1 topups on your selected account.

I an experiencing BAD speeds. Local is not too bad but international in very poor. I have download today's result to Excel which I would like to send you but don't know how. First tests to say Berlin timed out then later got a result.
