Afriman, I logged in early this morning with the Capped account, did a few tests, some packet loss last night 0.1% - not too serious. Hence it's a public holiday and had some time, I dug a bit deeper re: routing, packet frames, etc.. everything was fine, speed wise .. and by chance I did a Anti-spoof DNS-TEST on the MTN's NAME-SERVERS just to see what's cooking. I did a mitigation scan from GRC's tools to MTN's NS-SERVERS while dumping raw logs and packets for logging and sequencing.
I compared that to the IS Name-servers which was 100% 'clean' on the IS-Account, meaning all green and zero loss.
Maybe you can have a look at this, although it's not SERIOUS and highly unlikely to mitigate a spoof attack on the NS's
