I think the twitch issue all depends on which international ISPs your ISP peers with. IS accounts by far have given me the best Twitch streaming. Vox's capped account also right up there.

Looks like the packet loss issue has returned 
Not great hearing this, YouTube should be performing well - our latency is looking solid at the moment.

As confirmation, my Youtube is working perfectly. 1080 HD streams without buffering on a 23"

Experiencing high latency to DotA SA sever. Not sure if its the server itself. More than 200 ms latency.
Other players however are not experiencing the same lag or high ping.
Not sure if I should attempt to contact Afriguy or Afrihost.

Can you post some traces so we can see some more detail?
I also see that with the authentication issues we're having, some users are being misallocated by their username, and ending up with poor throughput. A few reboots does seem to help them to be properly authenticated with the right throughput settings.
Have you run any throughput tests when the streaming is poor? And latency (traces)?

That's pretty awful. It could be related to our current authentication issues, cos I see some users are not being classified correctly. Have you tried a few reboots?
