I think I mentioned it before but it looks like you have a router fault. Have you tried using a different one?Ping Test:

I can't understand why the download speeds are so inconsistent this morning. I go from 211kB/s one moment. right down to 7.7kB/s the next, What gives?![]()

No issues in CPT. All perfect since the IPC problems were rectified.

18ms is extremely high latency to your router, it should be less than 1ms over a wired connection and between 1 - 2ms over wifi. If you're running it over wifi maybe just check if you can get updated drivers for your wireless adapter there may be an issue here.
I'm not saying this is causing your speed issues but it is a problem and you should eliminate it first.
Did an update on my wifi adapter as well and nowit is 3 ms
