Thanks afrihost! I moved from uncapped to capped expecting unshaped performance yet instead I can't even browse international sites....This is pointless..Ihave a useless internet connection. I have also asked Telkom to rset my prot and all that so it is definately the accountIf this is the performance I can expect i might as well move to another ISP....I cant even do a speedtest so that shows you bad it is. It keeps timing out. Can't even open my gmail.

Not sure if it any significance, but something I noticed during the process of trying to re-connect which may help you.We're still testing and investigating, but we've put some big changes in place. We've also got the most senior technical people at MTN working with ours and their senior management. Obviously with technical issues it's hard to be 100% sure, but they're confident that the issues could be behind us for good.
