I will PM you, but it does not seems as if your support guys are able to fix this issue.
Maybe if I can just get the credit then I will go and buy data from Axxess ?
I'll do my best to resolve for you. Let's see if we can figure this out together

i) Because caching on ISP is mission impossible :/Afrihost, I've been waiting and waiting, hoping for months now that you will finally sort out your speed and service issues. I've been fighting for consistent service for more than 6 months, but tonight I've finally had enough. I used to be such a fan, and have signed so many people up with you, but from the moment you moved on to MTN it it seemed like everything started to fall apart. Vague promises, unbelievable excuses, weird issues. Strange that speed test often seems fine, but I can't stream a Youtube video. iOS updates?!? For 4 weeks?!?!? Tonight for the first time the guy on the phone admitted you're having IPC issues with no ETA on when it may be resolved. I run a business that needs reliable internet. I base my entertainment and home lifestyle on what I can get online. Believe it or not, in this day and age internet access isn't some luxury that few can afford and that we should be grateful to have. It's a service that we pay for and expect to be delivered according to the standards we are promised. And the service right now is absolute balls.
It's been real, Afrihost, but I'm out.

Can someone please explain this to me?

I just want to check if I am the only user having this issue or is this bigger than it appears.
For the users who are on uncapped adsl and game Destiny on PS3.
Are you guys also experiencing constant disconnects in game?
I am on uncapped 75
Playing on PS4 and getting constant disconnects as well.
We'll be busy with a raid and boom, all of the guys on Afrihost drop but the guys on other ISP's stay connected.
Switch to Axxess trial account and connection is stable.
Eish
i) Because caching on ISP is mission impossible :/
ii) +1 | I pay high interwebs fees to avoid the limitations of DSTV
iii) I ditched my uncapped account for capped one because I did not want to be shaped or throttled; nowadays I am paying for a 4Mbps circuit which I am lucky if Afrihost can service at 1Mbps.
I've got to the point where I am tired of complaining and bitching. After 4 years and 8 months, I'm done.
Side Notes: The Twitter team are about the only excellent team left in the company. I remember how I used to pitch Afrihost as a geek-run ISP where quality of service superseded everything. Since MTN came on board - that geeky quality is no more. (I'll leave my lines with them for now - I like the ability of being able to tweak it without having to contact unmotivated Telkom staff and I must admit,; they've done really well having technicians come out when my line was faulty).
Can someone please explain this to me?
