Hello again Guys,

Thanks for bearing with me, all of the users that have been getting below optimal speeds, can you quickly restart your modems, and then test your connection again. I just want be to sure you guys are being assigned to the correct resource pools.

If you post your speed results also please include your line speed and which region you are in.

In PE and have restarted. Speedtest seems to think we're in JHB now but not sure on how reliable that is.

Started strong, then about 350mb started fading fast (once the traffic shaper you don't use didn't kick in).

I've done three test back to back. First one 8.3mbps second 3mbps, and lastly 6.75mbps ... All over the place ... Am in Fourways

Just did three consecutive tests on my 10Mbps line in the Pretoria area. Speed seems to be more stable with very little dips and spikes.
All three tests gave the same results, so it seems to be better....for now.

Thanks for these tests, I think we are finally start to see some improvement across the country - barring one or two areas and some variance - but it is definitely looking better.

Seriously now Afribot, this is getting unpleasant why is my 40Mbps line I have been paying for a 15Mbps ADSL2+ line?

I also expect the amount payable to be credited pro-rate towards next month.

Here is a screenshot ( The router is configured to pick up ADSL2+ if VDSL is not available ) Now will you fix my sh|t please.

That I believe means that your line should almost be switched over to VDSL, can you please make sure that your modem is set VDSL-mode only, and not ADSL / VDSL.

Downstream, upstream and pings seem to be terrible again.
On a 10Mbps line, pretoria.
Just had full speed a few minutes ago, and now this. It seems to be changing every 10 or 20 minutes, either showing horrible results or full performance. Speed is currently fluctuating like crazy between 1Mbps and 4Mbps on my 10Mbps line.

Clear from everyone's line tests AH speeds are all over the place ... One minute I'm getting full line speed the next crap speeds ... So I'm not sure what AH is gaining by everyone posting their speeds

I just got hold of our Telkom Service Manager, that means that you are still being moved from the ADSL2+ to VDSL Circuit, you should have VDSL access in the next few hours.
