The problem of how the DNS resolves websites and services lays on MTN's network,
I have been instructed to inform you that MTN is currently in process of resolving the issue.
In my honest opinion, this should be resolved within 1-2 hours. I hope you have a great evening further and enjoy the weekend ahead.
Have a great day and please let me know if I can help with anything else!
Warm regards

As frustrating as this is... it's clearly not Afrihost. Can't access the internet via my MTN postpaid as well.
Nothing better than a rant to trigger reposts ... hahahahahaSee my post 2 befer yours, it is an MTN DNS issue and MTN are aware of it and on site fixing.

I just figured that Afrihost wouldn't bother to update the thread so as I had promising inside info I owe it to all of us to share![]()
I like how Afristhost has a green status of their network and Axxess has a orange for 'Medium impact'. Medium impact is when some things are slow or for intermittent issues, not when it does not work at all, the network is screwed tell it like it is and put a big red dot at the top of your websites to show this.
