There shouldn't be any issues connecting to less than 10 concurrent connections at a time - if there is I'd suggest you get in touch with our Support team to troubleshoot

I'm sure the difference listed on our site and T&C's is just an oversight.
Hi AfriGuy,
Thanks for the response. We have done troubleshooting with numerous support engineers. The issue then gets "escalated" and nothing comes of it besides either requesting to monitor the situation or that more than 6 connections will cause performance issues. We had a critical care ticket open that went something like this (apologies for the lengthy read):
01/12/2014: Initial contact from Critical Care. Said he requested Telkom to test the lines and gave us additional account details to test with.
02/12/2014: We replied stating that Telkom had tested the lines (all fine) and completed numerous port resets but the issue persists. At this point we had tested with our personal AH accounts, 2 support guys' accounts and a different ISP completely and it all works 100%. AH had also "reset" our account that is giving issues. Based on trace routes, packet loss occurs after the 2nd hop. At this point I'm pretty sure it is safe to say that there isn't an issue on the Telkom/physical lines.
03/12/2014: Followed up with Critical Care to see if there was any feedback from the Telkom tests requested.
03/12/2014: Received reply from Critical Care apologizing for the delay and that our mail had ended up in the support queue. He advised that he is still waiting for a response from Telkom and that he will query the 10 concurrent issue with management.
05/12/2014: Followed up with Critical Care for a further update as the issue is affecting business due to users not being able to VPN etc. so we are using our personal AH accounts just to have reliable connectivity.
08/12/2014: Followed up again as there was no reply to the previous email.
10/12/2014: Received email from Critical Care with apologies for delay as he was waiting for details. He said "
On the MTN network we support 10 con current connections. However more than 6 con current connections will affect the speeds. We addressing with branding to make a notice of this as well. I will advise maybe splitting the accounts with up to 6 users."
10/12/2014: Replied to Critical Care asking why the concurrent connections affects the speed and it is not only speed that is bad but also extremely high packet loss.
10/12/2014: Critical Care replied stating "
Let me investigate these issues. I assume MTN made changes at Internet solutions it was standard 10 connections. I will check on your query and advise."
11/12/2014: Followed up with Critical Care to see if he has any further feedback.
17/12/2014: Followed up again as still no response.
Still no response and still running 2 of our sites on our personal accounts. I'm sure you can see the dilemma as you've said that there shouldn't be any issue with 10 concurrent connections. Something definitely flakes out once there are more than 6 connections but that seems to be the scape goat for not being able to identify and correct the issue. Up until the recent big network issues, it worked flawlessly on 8 connections.
