Afrihost capped data not working on Telkom FTTH

I have a Mikrotik device to dial PPPoE connections using Telkom FTTH. My telkom data package works fine and I can change it to a WebAfrica capped account and it also works fine. When I try to use the Afrihost or Axxess trial 1GB accounts, the logs on the Mikrotik states pppoe terminating - failed to authenticate ourselves to peer. I have double checked the account login details but still no luck using both Afrihost and Axxess data accounts. Any ideas on what is going on?

My free 1gig data account at AH doesn't work either but my prepaid AH account does.

I had the same problem when I wanted to check their service out after the 18Hour announcement. Ended up phoning AH, they did something and it started working. Not sure what was wrong though.

Sorry I'm only jumping on this thread now.
This is probably due to the account being locked to your DSL number, the free accounts are only allowed to connect from 1 line.

If you're still having troubles authenticating, drop me a line and I'll update the CLID for you
