Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

On Thursday two people tried to send me emails from a certain website but both emails bounced back with the message that the Afrihost email domain did not recognize my email address.
I logged a support ticket and received a half-hearted response. Since then, I have sent two additional emails to Afrihost support about the matter (quoting the original ticket number) but no response has been forthcoming.

It seems now to me that if it's a 'run-of-the-mill' issue then it gets resolved fairly quickly but if the issue is a bit more complex then nothing happens.

Any News yet about Telkom line Speed Upgrades? I'm holding off switching to Telkom, but can't do this indefinitely

Anybody having issues in CT? On capped account, I have data left, router's showing the line's good, but not connecting to the net.

No general issues that I am aware of. Can you drop me a PM with your account deets?

That should be a fairly easy issue to clear up. Is this an @afrihost.co.za email address or a hosted domain address?

Are you talking about pushing everyone up to 4Mbps as the entry level speed? I've heard mumblings but nothing official in terms of dates and roll-out plans.

Sorted, thanks! Seems it's a Telkom issue. Hopefully my fiber install on Wednesday will make Telkom a distant memory soon.

Major crap streaming performance on Youtube, Netflix since about 7pm. Bellville area.
