On Thursday two people tried to send me emails from a certain website but both emails bounced back with the message that the Afrihost email domain did not recognize my email address.
I logged a support ticket and received a half-hearted response. Since then, I have sent two additional emails to Afrihost support about the matter (quoting the original ticket number) but no response has been forthcoming.
It seems now to me that if it's a 'run-of-the-mill' issue then it gets resolved fairly quickly but if the issue is a bit more complex then nothing happens.
