Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

mostly browsing with pages loading slow and timing out
after midnight it is back to normal again

Must 30 days notice be given to cancel a capped Afrihost package,, or is the cancelation right away?
 
Should'nt I get closer to 2 MB/s download speeds with these specs. Capped 100 gb / nzb / sunnyusenet 20 Mbps package

Are you seeing high latency during these times?

As long as your cancellation is done before the 23rd (our billing run) you won't be billed for the next month. Your Capped account will stay active, however, the month after due to data rollover. :)

sometimes the latency is higher but the browsing is always terrible it happens any time after 5pm but not every day and then after midnight it works proper with no problems it sure looks alot like shaping

Are you seeing a better transfer rate when downloading a strong Torrent or running an HTTP download?

Realtime protocols are not shaped. Please post a traceroute or MTR to an affected site when you experience this again.
