I'm not going to sit through this nonsense for another month if all your upgrades are complete and this is still the state of the network. Rather cancel my data portion and I will take it elsewhere to another isp that has capacity. Bugger the cutoff period for cancellation, otherwise I just put a stop to my debit order.
 
Where in the client zone can we see the % shaping applied or %speed we get at a particular time for example 5% download and 1% P2P we get etc?

I think you're being lied to. Previous graph showed how 10Mbps dropped to under 1Mbps, and currently, I can't even get 50Kbps (DIALUP is faster - literally). Here's the graph indicating the packet loss on your network too, with the increased latency.

Yes - same ***** different day. Nothing has been fixed, and I'm not the only one still complaining either by the looks of things.

Right now, I can't even load a web page, or get my outlook to connect to office365.com. My DSL is effectively, USELESS! :sick: It's appalling how pathetic your service has become.

I was overseas last week so missed the issues/upgrades/trauma etc.

What I can say is my one son accidentally uninstalled Rainbow Six Siege and I had to re-download the 40Gb from around 15:00 yesterday. It ran flat out until it was complete, a constant 3.6mb/s (40mb unshaped line). This was during the South's "witching hours" as well i.e. 18:00+. So all good here :)

One thing - I still see websites picking me up as being in the Netherlands? Still not geo-fixed?
