I dont usually mind when things go south for a while,i give it a day or so to clear,but this has become the single most frustrating experience i have had with any isp.
I switched from the auto upgrade of 200gb shaped that happened on 1st jan to a downgraded package of 100gb shaped for this month. And ever since 1 feb,when it went over to the new package my line is shot dead in the water,can't even load mybroadband.
Tests wont help,you know there is something wrong down here in cape town,and the tests from other users confirms it's coming from afrihost.
Telkom confirms no congestion.
