Slow speeds since this morning please advise Afri oaks

Modem sync on what is suppose to be a 10 Mbps connection
Current Rate(kbps) 508 5117
Max Rate(kbps) 947 10372
SNR Margin(dB) 17.5 6.5
Line Attenuation(dB) 16.3

What's the feedback from the NOC team in response to my last two tests with SAIX vs AH tests?

London suffering at 3mbps now :( - http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6198154109.png
I would do a SAIX test however given that the two prior SAIX tests haven't been addressed I'll patiently wait for assessment of what has already been raised. Consider this another prompt of the issues in CPT. Think I'm being pretty fair.

Bras peachy - and it would be given that the last two tests showed perfect performance on the SAIX test account.

So it seems my post above was missed. So let me reiterate with an update... @23h32 in CPT

So AH account is NOT PERFORMING. SAIX Test account IS PERFORMING.
AH YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
The silence is deafening.

Dude your problem is 'isolated'. It's specific to you.
My problem is clearly not related to yours. I'm reporting issues with speedtests and youtube.
Isengard's problem can't be related either. It's Isengard's latency.
See ... all different and 'isolated' issues.

Err... oh ***** dudes. I'm a genius. We all live near the ocean - all of us!!! Dudes. It's the freeking salt from the ocean. It's stuffed up our copper cabling. It's freeking HELLKOM that's stuffing us around.

This is getting _VERY_ tiresome people. :mad::twisted:

Gotta go sleep now. Need the rest from this 'show'.
