I'm experiencing a similar issue, YouTube plays intermittently and drops the quality to 144p, and Google Play Music refuse to play any music at all (although both sites load quickly and without issue.). Google Play Store downloads max out as usual though.

I'm on the East, 10Mbps line, if that adds anything. Also have tried Google DNS, no fix there.

Ok cool. Can you please pull up my usage for the last 4 months like you did for steel_dog. I also cannot pull them up via clientzone beyond this month and last month.

At the moment it's seems to have improved since my earlier post.

I'll monitor over the next few days and see if it occurs again or at any particular time of day.
 
So whilst I'm still with AH - here's the continuing tale of woe in CPT.

YouTube on SAIX Test account rocks - 18.3mbps.
YouTube on AH account... A WHOPPING 300kbps. No not KB/s but kbps. Here's an image for posterity. YouTube-SFN-12Apr17.PNG

So rinse, repeat - AH has a HUGE problem in CPT (specifically).

I was informed that some upgrades were done in CPT. They've clearly had no positive impact.
 
Youtube maxing out at 1.1Mbps right now... Quite honestly I'm this close to just cancelling, we are not seeing any improvement even after weeks with of data given to AH.

Hi, yes.

After installing and testing Streamlink as per Soul Assassin's suggestion. (Thanks A LOT)
I was at times able to stream Source but noticed that there was at least a 60+ second delay in chat. (Which is imo not cutting it)

Right now I'm trying to stream 720p30fps and this is the throughput via streamlink. It's low and even now there is buffering and stuttering. (Keep in mind this is a 'work-around'). I've had no feedback as to what is being done to better my experience.

Are you seeing performance issues across the board on Youtube, or is it intermittent and just affecting certain videos?
