Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

To local servers, my ping should be around 35ms to CPT and 53ms to JHB at best.
I know this because when I open my console in-game it gives me those ping results.

The level of performance I'm getting from your network is deteriorating at remarkable speed.

Our Network Team is definitely investigating this, when you start seeing the latency to CS:GO increase can you please run a traceroute to the server in question.

We need to narrow down at which point the latency is being introduced to your connection.
 
This is truly ridiculous. Ticket number BSL-413-35004 has now been unresolved since 13 April 2017. What I don't understand is every time it is a different support agent that replies that has no idea of what was discussed. I have sent a total of 15 tracert results to them with no feedback clearly showing that it is the Afrihost network compared to a test network from another ISP yet today I get an email saying this has been passed to telkom to get a technician out. Why when there is nothing wrong with the line?

There is clearly an issue with online gaming at night and I am not attacking anyone I just want clear answers on what is going on and from the same person not 7 different support agents. What is the use then of sending test results to them if they are just going to pass it to the next person?

I have tested with 3 different test accounts from other ISP's and afrihost is the only one that comes back with elevated latency at night. Must we just accept this is how it will be going forward and move on or is someone at AFrihost actually going to give us a clear answer on when this will be resolved?

Again not attacking anyone just want a answer or to move on.
 
Unable to test cs servers as the exact server address resolves in 127.0.1.1:27022 or similar.

Open Resource Monitor during the game, network tab and tick the CSS/CS:GO processes. At the bottom there is a connections drop-down, it should have all connections made by that process. The remote address is the server address you are connecting to.

AFRIHOST - It has been 4 months that i request a manager to contact me! You are incompetent and Vaughn a so called supervisor will just "Forget" about actual calls logged and then just stop responding! I have over 197 emails with proof! I had enough now! please share and spread this all over the INTERNET. You can contact me for full details and proof of AFRIHOST incompetent no care attitude! You are happy to take my money but can not even respond to email requests! I am still waiting for proof that a manager exists in AFRIHOST????? Ps: 10Mbps on a 40Mbps VDSL managed by AFRIHOST!

Why go through so much trouble? There are other ISP's out there that actually deliver what you pay for. Give it up, you will just drive yourself crazy.
