Getting tired of this now.

Snail / dial-up speed on Afrihost accounts... vroom vroom on other ISP like VOX.

How did things run on your Afrihost account for the rest of the weekend?

That's pretty weird... Was Steam the only service you were having trouble connecting to?

Was this the only video you had trouble with? Just checked it out and it's not a very popular video (in terms of views) and the likelihood of it not being cached on our network yet is fairly high. You might have noticed better performance streaming it for a second time. Happy to continue testing it if you're still having trouble on Youtube, though. :)

Wow, I think your bras is definitely confirming pretty severe congestion here. :( Very weird time, though... How are things testing right now?

Stream...
Twitch... Youtube etc was pretty much all basically dead. Only way to get it run is drop to lowest settings 144p.
Have pretty much given up gaming till new isp kicks in. Its just impossible to play on AH

Well, also had the issue with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8FMF4Pz32A
Could only do 720p @ 1.4Mbps, not 1080p.

Also, even if it wasn't cached, I have a 10Mbps line, it should be able to handle a 3Mbps stream internationally, even if it was only one thread, which YouTube isn't. Note I was also the only person using the line at the time, I made sure to check on router stats as well.
Games wise, also had spikes to 290ms during the peak time again. No packet loss though, just delay.

No, only okay outside of peak.

Seriously guys, if these peak time performance issues don't clear up soon I'm calling it quits.
