This happens mostly with Twitch but it does happen when streaming from YT, at least once a day I would need to reset my router.
Most of my tests will be from Twitch since that is the service I use most of the time.

Are you using the Afrihost DNS at the moment?
 
Anyone else still getting weird latency issues across international sites and games?
These tracert results are all over the place.

I mean in the one Tracert, the second hop is already in Europe ?

and @AfriFella, still experiencing line drops, even after Telkom dropped the sync speed further

Do your speed issues also start at around 8pm? I will be happily streaming twitch for hours without issue and like clockwork once it's around 8pm the throughput on twitch is almost non existent. I've relegated to simply switching to my Web Africa account to keep streaming... And AH please don't ask for tests, I'm over posting test results with no progress to show for it...

There is something seriously off there... Could you ping bras.afrihost.com quickly.

Yes, it gets really bad after 8 but I can somewhat understand as most people will be using the network at that time.
What I can get is that at 11PM or even at 1AM it's still bad.

What is really weird is that via client zone data I disconnected ~05:30 am today and never reconnected ..... unless I am reading it wrong,

I sent 2 emails during the course of the day and still no reply.
Can someone please reset the exchange or something? I am only able to browse... Can't even play Dota...

Thanks got the PM. Connection seems to be normal today. Arrrggg.. The erratic performance is getting to me. :(
Have the NOC team found anything?
