Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

Over the last couple of months the phone support at Afrihost has gone totally downhill. Waiting time is nearly always more than 20 minutes and then you get somebody that shouldn't be doing support. I've noticed a similar tendency at WebAfrica and a steady improvement in Telkom call centre support. I have a bunch of clients with these ISPs with errors than they can't explain.
Is it time make a change and is anybody else any better?

Please help. I'm done calling the afrihost call centres only to wait forever and get nowhere. I won't bite you with the months of frustration I endured just getting setup, but my latest challenge is upgrading from 20meg to 50 on fibre. I requested 2 weeks ago, my account says I'm on 50 but I run between 15 and 20 still. Please help. Lemme know what info you need.

So listen. This is now the 5th breach of contract on my account of you people miserably failing to delivery inter that I pay you for! So what's going to happen is I am going to take this up the consumer commission and my lawyer. Absolute bull**** that I need to baby sit you people in delivering service. This impound my business and I will be holding you accountable for it.
 
Your call centre is an absolute joke, like many have said 20mins to talk to someone who doesn't have a clue what's going on. Your Facebook is the exact same level of crap. Your managers couldn't give a stuff about calling you back when they promise to, so you have to once again wait in the 20min call centre line to repeat yourself on the exact same crap, just to speak to the amongst again, because he couldn't care less to call you back.

Your Hello Peter says it all. Appauling doesn't even begin to describe your junk status level of service. I have mountains of evidence to take you on with. The fact that your call centre takes 20 minute just answer the phone is proof above all the Hello Peter, on how much crap you people are on a daily basis. Enough is enough. You have breached contract for the last time. I'm tired of playing nice guy anymore and letting. This **** slide.


I am also going to take you on for false advertising where u lock me on for 18months where you advertise monthly and free installation. free by definition (look it up as you clearly don't understand the definition) means that you don't get paid in return for it. When you lock me in to pay you back. That is not free!
