Ridiculous response from Cell C, but the problem is Afrihost. Axxess and Mweb clients do not experience the issue. And Afrihost is dodgy as hell. Only provider experiencing this problem and also only provider charging R999 cancellation fee. Coincidence? I think not. They know they are selling people a faulty product and that is why they charge that R999 cancellation fee. They know people will cancel within a week of signing up. @AfriNatic you are scum.Hah Ha I have to laugh.. cellc support told me to switch router off if I don't need connection, So that when I switch it back on it might connect to a less congested tower.. the creativity in their answers, hilarious..
The service and product is crap and I'm sorry I signed up.. Afrihost told me not to go RAIN because their network more congested than Cellc ... but it seems Afrihost is all about BS..
But I guess I should not be surprised. Went on HelloPeter and Afrihost has a rating of 1.7 out 5 after more than 3000 reviews. Will never ever sign up with anything through them again.
