How do I install wordpress?

Hi Mila, it should be there immediately after installing. Maybe press refresh in your browser? Or if you just registered the domain name and wasn't given a temporary one then it may be that you have to wait a bit. What do you currently see when going to the site?

Have you seen this:

They call it "famous 5-minute install".

Also, Solitude is correct in that it may take some time (somewhere between a few hours to 48 hours) for the website to propogate to the URL you are using.

If you'd like to actually build out your site, you should install it locally.

Usually wordpress is installed instantly unless the domain hasn't become active yet , usually takes a few hours for co.za , when I registered my .com domain it was instant though , also afrihost has their wordpress installation set to install in a folder yourwebsite.co.za/wp which would be default unless you remove or change that when you're doing the installation.
