It seems like whenever I try to use Afrihost mobile services my account gets locked out.
I think it all started about 10 years ago possibly longer, not sure about the full details but if I remember correctly I had 5 sim cards with 250MB, I tried to register a 6th one and my account got locked (I was allowed 5).
Last year I went through the process of enabling my account again (had to send a lot of documents) and signed up for fiber, I also took advantage of the free domain registration offer and registered a free .co.za domain, and planning on hosting my website there soon.
Last week I decided to move to Afrihost mobile, I took out a sim card, registered on the site and everything was working fine....for a day.
Now my account is locked again I tried @Africagirl and she said I must send an email, last year when it happened @AfriNatic advised me to do the same, seems like if it's a "security issue" they can't do anything.
I am not very happy at the moment,
I can't access client zone or reset my password.
How am I going to pay my upcoming bill?
What if I need to update DNS records for my site?
I am even considering canceling my service, but how do I cancel without access to the client zone?
I am a paying customer, and I have been locked out of the portal.
Not sure what the issue is, but they should have all my documents, I don't really feel like sending them again every year.
If I am blacklisted from anything, rather tell me straight up and I will move to another ISP.
Afrihost please give my access back, even just for me to pay my bill and cancel.
